Because of that, we do not guarantee any specific result, growth rate, bloom performance, coloration, variegation outcome, recovery result, or other horticultural outcome from using our products.

Because our products are consumable plant-use items, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law.

That said, if there is a problem with your order and it is something we did, we will make every reasonable attempt to make it right.

This may include, depending on the situation:

- sending a replacement

- issuing store credit

- issuing a partial refund

- issuing a full refund

- offering another reasonable solution based on the issue

Examples of issues we may address include:

- we sent the wrong item

- the item arrived damaged due to our packaging or handling

- the order was not fulfilled as described because of our error

- the item is materially defective

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised time, or if no shipping time was stated and we cannot ship within 30 days, we will contact you as required by law and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund of the unshipped merchandise.
